Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time for standard shipping is 5–10 business days within the United States. Delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier delays, weather conditions, and peak order volume.

Free Shipping

We provide free standard shipping on qualifying U.S. orders. Any exceptions, expedited shipping options, or special promotional shipping terms will be shown at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery status.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ship orders on time, delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, address problems, or other circumstances beyond our control. Fringe Studio is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier first. Fringe Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered.
